Product 2: Multi-Storey Building

AAC panel building is building which use AAC roof panel, floor panel or wall panel, because the panel has many obvious advantages such as light weight, fire proof, sound insulation, economic, environment friendly, using aac panel will save time and money at the same time, and the buildings are more energy saving, sound insulate, damp proof, fire proof,so the contractor now prefer aac panel instead of bricks wall.

    • Steel Structure Building

      (6)Steel Structure Design Specifications (GB50017-2003)

(7)Technical Code of Gate-type Steel Structure Light House (CECS102:2002)

            (8)Technical Code of Cold-formed Thin-wall Steel Structures (GB50018-2002)

      Materials:

Steel (steel pipe of steel sheet):

1        Main structure(column):use Q345 steel, and its quality fit for the standard of Low Alloy High Strength Steel Structure(GB1594-94). The materials meet the 5 basic requests.

2        Sub-structure use Q235 steel, and its quantity fit for the Common Carbon Steel Structure Technology Standard (GBGB700-88).

3        All the steel should fit for the extreme amount of sulfur and phosphorus, the welding steel should fit for the extreme amount of carbon.

4        The ratio of winding and stretching strength should be smaller than 0.85.

5        The steel should have plenty room for winding, the stretching ratio should be greater than 20%

6        Great welding and tensile performance.
